Societal Issues/Christian Ethics will cover the moral/social issues confronting our society and will focus on how the Christian should respond from a Biblical perspective. This class will deal with this question as we study what the Bible teaches on some of today's moral issues; such as, abortion, homosexuality, gender roles, capital punishment, and others. We will learn how to discuss from a Biblical perspective these issues, learn how to evangelize within this context, and how to be "salt and light" and make our private Christian lives socially relevant.
